Coop’s diverse class offerings cater to all fitness levels. Our pricing is flexible, with different size packages of passes to meet your needs to help reduce the overall cost per pass. We’re committed to making fitness accessible, ensuring that everyone can join our supportive community and achieve their health and wellness goals. Aquafit
Circuit Training
An all-in-one workout class that builds strength, stamina, and supports longevity. COOP Circuit Training combines cardio conditioning and strength training to challenge your body, boost energy, and keep you feeling your best, no matter your age.
With classes kept small, 5 participants or less, you’ll received personalized guidance and support during every workout. We offer 2 group packages, ensuring workouts are tailored to individual needs:
- Under 65, 5 classes pass
- Over 65, 5 classes pass
Classes are available in packages of 5, or as a single pass, and run once a week at the same day and time. New classes are added as demand grows, and additional classes (including introductory beginner sessions) can be scheduled with a minimum of 3 participants.

Swimming Lessons
Make a splash this summer with COOP swimming lessons!
Running from April through the summer, our program welcomes swimmers ages 3 and up and focuses on building confidence and skill in the water. Each class is tailored to the swimmer’s individual needs, from beginners to advanced.
Packages include five lessons, scheduled directly with our instructors to fit individual needs, weather conditions, and class capacity.
Lesson options:
- Private – 1 swimmer, 1 hour
- Semi-Private – 2 swimmers, 1 hour
- Group – 3 swimmers, 40 minutes

SUP Yoga
Experience the perfect blend of balance, breath, coordination, and nature with SUP Yoga at COOP. Held on our peaceful private pond, our stand-up paddleboard yoga classes offer a unique way to explore a new level of balance while being surrounded by the calming rhythms of water and wildlife. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, SUP Yoga helps build core strength, improve balance, and enhance focus—all while encouraging a sense of play and presence. Come float, flow, and find your zen.
SUP Yoga classes can accommodate up to five people.
SUP Lessons
Each 2 to 2.5-hour is personalized for individuals or small groups, provide the skills and knowledge needed to paddle safely and effectively. Lessons take place on COOP’s calm private pond or you can choose a nearby larger body of water depending your comfort level and goals. Lessons are hands-on, supportive, and fun - designed to help you feel confident and capable on the water.

Stroller Fitness
During our stroller fitness class, you can expect a dynamic workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, and core exercises, all while pushing your little one in their stroller. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that focus on areas such as postpartum recovery, muscle toning, and overall fitness. Plus, the added bonus of enjoying fresh air and bonding time with your baby makes our classes a truly unique and rewarding experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled class will be charged the full class fee, as late cancellations prevent us from offering the spot to others.
Classes with fewer than three registered participants may be cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and offered the option to reschedule.
